NO PRE-REGISTRATION

THE RUB FOR FALL FUNCTION
The "Saturday Grub Stub" for this event is only $30 each,
for Clampers, Widders and Ophans (over 16 Yrs.)
(Orphans under 16 yrs. of age only $15., under 6 yrs. FREE)
This includes: Sat. Lunch, Little Slippery, Sat. Night Tri-tip Dinner and
Saturday Night Tent Camping (for one person)
ALL ECV camping sites are available on Thursday and Friday Nights
for $15 per adult (16 & under only $5, under 6 FREE) per night.
Based on a minimum of 2 adults per site.
Full hook-up RV sites are available for an additional $8. per day (Family Camp)
Plan to bring a PBC
PBC's $60.00 (and this includes the "Saturday Grub Stub")

CHECK-IN AT THE ECV CLAMPSITE REGISTRATION TABLE
at the Resort Entrance
EVENT FEES (Sat. Grub Stub & Camping Fees) are collected at CHECK-IN
ECV Event pins to the first 125 registered.
ECV Event shirts will be available at check-in.
Campsites will be assigned based on a "First-come, first serve" basis,
on premium lakeside campsites, for both of our adjacent campgrounds.
Campsites should be limited to about 6 persons and only space for 2 cars per site.
Overflow parking available. We have some flexability here, but
Bureau of Reclamation rules apply.
No advance campsite reservations can be made with the resort for our locations.
Motel accommadations are also available at the resort.
Motel reservations must be made directly with the Putah Creek Motel.

has reserved the entire north side of the resort.
Quality likeside campsites will be available for both the
ECV FAMILY CAMP and the ECV RED SHIRT ONLY CAMP.
FAMILY CAMP will have both tent camping and (full hook-up) RV sites available.
RED SHIRT ONLY CAMP will have tent camping and some RV sites available.
(Larger RV's may be limited to the family camp side.)
NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED. NO PETS.
All campsites have some trees for shade,
picnic tables and water available at most sites.
Clampers, Widders, Orphans and PBC's will be happy to know,
there are FULL RESTROOMS with HOT SHOWERS on the resort.
This is a full service resort at the lake with a full function marina.
(Boat Launch fee: $5)
Mini-Market on grounds with fishing supplies and bait shop.

(bring a dish to share with others and chapter BBQ is available to all.)

12 noon - LUNCH served and LITTLE SLIPPERY, open until its dry...
4:00 pm - PBC's to H.O.C.O. (in the Red Shirt Only Camp)
6:00 pm - Sam Brannan Clampsite DINNER - The Sam Brannan Cook Crew will be
serving Clampers, Widders, Orphans & XPBC's, a dinner of gastronomical proportions
featuring our "Kona Tri-tip", will all the trimmings such as our "Clamper Beans"
roll and butter and dessert.
"No body leaves a Sam Brannan Dinner...hungry"
SICK JACKASS GOLF TOURNAMENT

For those Clamper and PBC's that are interested in playing "ECV Style Golf"

(on Hwy 175 above Middletown and only about 36 miles from Clampsite)

SICK JACKASS FISHING DERBY
Try out your fishin' ability all weekend long. Bring a boat if you have one,
or ask to go with a "Brother".
Bring your fishin' equipment. "Fishing License" is required unless under 16 Yrs.

This is the last event for 2007 (ECV 6012) and NGH Rich "Lost Dutchmind" Brandt
would like to thank all Redshirts for your support this year.
He has tried to plan fun activities at all our events this year.
This Fall Function Clampsite provides all the creature comforts and atmosphere
to meet everyone's needs
